Where are you based?
We are based in Northmead in Sydney’s West and provide pick up or delivery Sydney wide.

I Have Allergies
We prepare our food in an environment that includes dairy, nuts, gluten, seeds and other potential allergens.
We can remove certain items from boxes, platters and grazing tables but we are NOT allergen free.

Can you cater for vegan, vegetarians, gluten, lactose free, halal, nut free and any other dietary requirements?
Yes! We can substitute products according to your needs.

Do you supply forks, plates and other cutlery?
Yes, we can provide cutlery and plates at an additional cost for our grazing tables.
Our boxes and platters do not include any cutlery.
Do you provide tables for your grazing tables?
No, unfortunately we do not supply tables.
What do you supply for grazing tables?
We ask you to provide the table and we can supply everything from the tablecloth & serving ware for more detailed supply see our grazing table page.
Can I attach a message on a grazing box and/or platter?
Yes, we can provide a message for your grazing box and/or platter upon selection of a product at checkout.
Need to Cancel?
Our grazing boxes and platters ordered online will NOT be refunded within 48 hours’ notice.

What if no one is available to receive the order?
The courier has an ATL (authority to leave) the product on the property in a safe spot away from direct sunlight. Once delivery has been made the responsibility of the order rests with the buyer. Artisan Cheese & Co. does not cover the costs of lost, stolen or damage items once delivered.
