Payments
Payments are calculated at checkout and can be made via credit card. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Cancellations
Our grazing boxes and platters ordered online will NOT be refunded within 48 hours’ notice.
Grazing tables, depending on certain circumstances.
Catering refunds are only applicable with the following notice periods:
– 7 days or more: Full refund
– 3 days or more: Deposit forfeited
– Less than 3 days: Full payment still applies
Event refunds are only applicable with the following notice periods:
– 21 days or more: Full refund
– 7 – 20 days: Deposit forfeited
– Less than 7 days: Full payment still applies

Delivery & Pick Up’s
Artisan Cheese & Co. offer professional delivery to all Sydney wide locations.
Delivery fee is calculated upon checkout.
Should delivery be unsuccessful our courier has an ATL (Authority to Leave) and will be placed somewhere safe and away from direct sunlight if possible. Once delivery has been made the reasonability of the order is with the buyer. Please ensure you provide enough details upon checkout.
Pick up is also available from Northmead 2152.
Product & Product Handling
Artisan Cheese & Co. products are perishable items and require refrigeration upon receiving for any cheese, charcuterie, and dessert products. Please note each item purchased is aesthetically customised and may differ from photo at time of purchase. Photo on our website is a guide of the product description.
Artisan Cheese & Co. reserves the right to substitute products and items when products or ingredients may not be available at the time. All substitutions are of the same quality and value.
Artisan Cheese & Co. do not accept any liability of any loss, stolen or damage to our products purchased once delivered.

Due to the nature of our products, our items may contain the following, Gluten, Dairy, Nuts, Eggs, Soy, Fish or Shellfish.
Any amendments required for your purchase to our products due to allergens please specify at checkout or email info@artisancheeseasndco.com.au
Alcohol
Any alcohol purchased within our range is a GIFT ONLY. Please ensure recipient/receiver of the package is over 18.
